  Absolutely reccomend! I passed after havig an intensive 4 hour lesson the day before my exam! Areas where Darren's style of teaching worked particularly well for me were:
  
  - Darren's positive tone and words when actions were done well and his ability to calmly and evenly talk about mistakes that occured (without sounding irritated which has put me into panic mode with previous instructers) allowed me to take in new information, process it and adapt.
  
  - I have arthritus which makes my knees particularly unhappy when driving. Darren was able to understand how this affects me and adapt the lesson so I could take breaks and get out to streach my legs whilst discussing the driving, or Darren would for example drive the roundabout and narrate his every action and decision etc which let me learn. These both meant that I didn't feel I was 'wasting' time by taking nessacery knees breaks.
  
  Darren was also able to listen to me describe my learning style and what had and hadn't worked with previous instructers, and after observing me tailor the lessons and his teaching style to best suit me.
  
  I've had 3 previous instructers, of all Darren has shown genuine love and satisfaction with his job as an instructer which comes across in his attitude, mentality and ability.
  
  I should add that Darren uses CCTV (dash cam) so I was able to reach the whole lesson, which helped a lot because it was like redoing the lesson and rewinding over bits from the road.
